Tender description
1. Provide change management resource to support the progression of the first tranche of 12 week enabling service reviews by providing additional capacity to support with the work being undertaken, this will be done in accordance with the Wirral Toolkit, 2. Provide specialist Digital capabilities to lead the Digital and Technology workstream (within the first tranche of corporate service reviews mentioned above) but also to link into other workstreams, decipher digital and technology requirements into design/implementation asks
