The awarded scope of requirements to Morgan Sindall consisted of the following items of the Burlington Junior School expansion programme: ? New main building providing five forms of entry ? Refurbishment of the existing Victorian building ? Construction of a MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) ? Demolition of the CLASP building ? Construction of a new car park ? Construction of a MUGA for the Infant School. ? Alterations to catering equipment and facilities which are shared by both schools.
