About the buyer

Homes England is the government's housing and regeneration agency, and buys as a non-departmental public body. Grant funding supports affordable housing development and land regeneration across England outside London. The Greater London Authority leads delivery within the capital too. Procurement decisions sit with regional teams, supported by a corporate procurement office.

A quarterly pipeline lists larger procurements planned for the next 18 months.

Over the past 5 years, most of Homes England's contract awards have been in architectural and engineering services, business services and real estate services.
