Tender description
East Suffolk Council (ESC) are seeking an experienced Property Surveyor / Land Agent to lead the negotiations with the adjoining landowners with an interest in the North Felixstowe Garden Neighbourhood (NFGN) land allocation and provide technical advice around the development of the outline masterplan.
