Tender description
NECs require the yearly renewal of their Nintex K2 contract. This is for the hosting of a number of systems for NECS. As part of this, they have an overarching ' Managed Services' agreement, which allows them to monitor the systems constantly, working on them proactively and preventing any issues further down the line.
