Tender description
The Housing Supply Programme (HSP) was approved by Cabinet in February 2016 to deliver over 600 new, mixed tenure homes across the borough. This new service required is for further architectural services/design development to update the existing scheme, stemming from ongoing viability issues, Value Engineering (VE) exercises, options appraisals and updates to building regulations.
