Tender description
This is a G-13 call off to procure a workforce management tool which is an industry standard piece of technology used across most contact centres. The purpose of the tool is to ensure we match the agents that are scheduled to work as best as possible to the required workload for that time frame. The tool enables the optimisation of resource driving more effective and efficient in managing demand.
