Tender description

In April 2020, following agreement from the Executive Board, MCA withdrew from Civil Service HR Casework and DfT HR Advice provision and brought these services back 'in house'. The MCA procured a specialist HR Case Management system via the G-Cloud framework to provide a secure and effective system to store HR records and provide efficient processes to allow HR staff to carry out their job in a time effective way. This contract award notice relates to the extension through to February 2024.
