Tender description
Internal YPO direct award under 976 Framework, Lot 6 and 7 for the supply of mobile handsets and contact centre system. This contract will cover mobile phones and system to manage calls inbound, outbound and internally, primarily used by the customer services team, sales and finance. Mobile phones to be mainly used in office, field sales, by drivers and in warehouse.
