Introduction 1. The Scottish Government wishes to engage an individual or company (“the contractor”) to design and carry out research into the socio-economic impacts of new forms of “green” land investment in rural Scotland. 2. This specification sets out the aims of the project and the tasks required of the contractor. It also sets out the management arrangements and timescales.
