The contract includes the Framework's Cluster Schedule meaning Devon & Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Police (Cluster Members) may collaborate with the Authority in the use of this contract as a beneficiary under the The Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act.
