Tender description
A new ICT solution to replace our current Civica Abritas/CBL system, which will include housing and medical application forms (currently provided through Dynamics) that are key Council services. The suystem must be able to have case management functionality so that other teams, who do not currently have access to a formal housing system (Housing Occupational Therapy/Sheltered Housing) can formally record and standardise their work.
