Contract Award notice - EMME subscription. EMME offers an industry-established modelling application package with efficient computational performance and reliable technical rigour. NAAM2 (the National Airport Accessibility Model) is a DfT-owned GB-wide transport model which is an intrinsic part of the Department's suite of aviation models.
