AWARDED - An agreement for the installation of an acid wet bench and modifications to the existing extraction systems serving the SuperFab nanotechnology fabrication centre within the Physics department at the university to allow for the use of Hydro Fluoric acid, together with other ad hoc maintenance services within the clean room facility, as required and subject to available funding, to a maximum value of £177k. Value of initial services £25,513 ex VAT.
