Provision of a single enterprise scale Archives with Records Management software as a service solution that is centralised across HMCTS. A fully managed service to deliver and manage an Archives with Records Management Solution which utilises the HMCTS Azure platform with the supplier's software sitting within the HMCTS platform but fully managed by the supplier.
