"We have installed 8 individual Washdown Bays across a number of sites. They will require an annual service. The parts required for both the service and any replacement parts, the installation company are the sole supplier of these parts. The quote is for a 5-year Extended Warranty offer to fix the price for a 5 year period. These are important pieces of equipment to allow us to comply with the appropriate Health and Safety and Environmental legislation in controlling contaminated wash-water. This is for a annual maintenance contract for the 8 washdown bays, total of £6,360 (without VAT). This price is fixed for 5 years. It will be paid for out of eight individual cost centres, as the washdown bays are in 8 separate locations/sites."
