Further Competition from Lot 1, KMCPRp-161 Framework for the Provision of Professional Consultancy Services. The project comprises the design for a new build library including the potential for office accommodation above. Whilst pricing is required for the full project scope (Stages 2-6), the commission is initially for a Stage 2 feasibility design only including procurement of surveys.
