About the buyer
Torus is a housing association operating across Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington, trading under that name as Torus62 Limited. New-build contracts are commissioned through JV North, a shared framework run by nine housing associations across the north of England. Repairs and maintenance run under a separate framework, with a lead contractor and a secondary contractor.
Over the past 5 years, most of Torus's contract awards have been in business services, construction work and IT services.
