Tender description
The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (henceforth known as CPI) has a requirement for a Photolithography exposure tool to extend its Photolithographic capability to 2 microns or below at the Electronics business unit based at the Neville Hamlin Building, NETPark, Sedgefield. The tool will be installed into an ISO 5 (class 100) cleanroom.
