Documents are available via the NEPO Portal (www.nepo.org). Reference DN536924. Provision of a service for the Management and Operation of Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC). There will also be a requirement for the contractor to transport Green and Residual Waste to Delivery Points identified by the Council and to arrange ad hoc collections of containers from Council premises.
