Tender description
Tenders were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) from Tenderers with relevant experience and ability to work with us, to deliver the provision of a Carers’ Break Service as described in the Service Specification. Due to the anticipated value of the service, the contract was awarded by a process akin to the competitive procedure with negotiation without further publication of a call for competition.
