APPLICATIONS are invited to DSS8-PLAY - DYNAMIC SHORTLISTING SYSTEM FOR THE DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND ASSOCIATED WORKS The purpose of the Playground Equipment DSS (DSS8-PLAY) is to pre-qualify contractors to allow them to apply to be shortlisted to tender for a project with a value below the current EU threshold for Playground Equipment contracts without having to repeatedly submit details of their experience. The type of projects upon which the DSS will be used are Design, Supply and Installation of outdoor playground equipment projects that are being procured by the Education Authority (EA). The DSS is open on an on-going basis, for new entrants, throughout the duration of the DSS.
