Tender description
In Cab system - Holds routes and collection information i.e. refuse, garden waste, glass and recycling etc Also is used on the Councils website so residents can check if their bin has been missed or if their road has not been serviced. The resident can then report this online. Customer call centre can see real time information and supply information to the callers.
