Tender description

To procure the care provision within the 3 PFI Extra Care Schemes. The Council currently commissions the care provision within 3 PFI Extra Care schemes within the city. The schemes are independent living facilities, ranging from 75 - 175 units of 1 and 2 bedded apartments. The buildings are designed to predominantly meet the needs of Adults aged 55 years and above, some of whom have varying degrees of disabilities.
