The Framework is divided into 13 lots, each lot is divided into value bands. 1) Works up to value of GBP 25 000; 2) Works from GBP 25 000 to GBP 100 000; 3) Works from GBP 100 000 to GBP 500 000; 4) Emergency or small works up to GBP 5 000. Tenders have been evaluated with the following: 1) Emergency or small works – direct award: Quality 60 % Price 40 % 2) Other value bands: Quality 75 % Price 25 % Asbestos removal. Building and construction. Carpentry and joinery. Electrical. External and groundworks. Flooring. Masonry and brickwork. Mechanical and heating. Painting and decorating. Plastering. Plumbing.
