This framework contract is for the supply of predominantly commercial off-the-shelf software together with ancillary services. Such software shall include, but not be limited to: desktop applications, server applications, operating systems, general business applications, network software, security software, development, testing and design software. This software shall include traditional locally installed in addition to software provided as a service which may include hardware elements where required as part of a service offering.
