Tender description
The RSS is a tailored managed service arrangement intended to provide an extra level of support for managing Capita provided software and optionally the required operating infrastructure on which to run it. The service is available only to customers with active Capita software licenses and is additional to the standard application support services provided by the Capita support desks.
