Tender description
We are inviting Providers who qualify for the opportunity to Tender for one of the two Lots. Lead Service Provision for Community Based Care and Support:- LOT 1:- Homecare and Outreach - North; Extra Care Services - Parkview Court and Grassy Meadow Court; and Specialist Support Services - Borough-wide. Lot 2:- Homecare and Outreach - South; and Extra Care Services - Triscott House and Cottesmore House.
