The Adults and Children's department has a virtual platform currently provided by E-Gov called Virtual School Management System. The system- - is used as a tracking and monitoring tool - runs reports - monitors attendance - allows foster carers, social workers, young people and teachers access to a child's/their own Personal Education Plans (PEPs) A PEP (Personal Education Plan) is a statutory document for each Looked-after Child (LAC) and is a legal part of their Care Plan.
