The Council has awarded this opportunity to allied healthcare for the provision of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities at the following properties: Perlla Isaf, Rhoslefain, Tywyn 9 Heol Rowen, Fairbourne 9 Swn y Nant, Bontddu, Dolgellau. Gwynedd Council are looking for a single provider to run the supported living projects (for up to 5 years) at: Perlla Isaf, Rhoslefain, Tywyn 9 Heol Rowen, Fairbourne 9 Swn y Nant, Bontddu, Dolgellau. This project requires the provider to support individuals with complex needs to live independently and maintain their tenancies.
