Tender description
Independent Visiting Service to Children in care. The Provider will be responsible for the provision of an Independent Visiting Service in accordance with the guidance set out in Children Act 1989 Guidance and Regulations Volume 2: Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (2010). The Independent Visitor's functions are to visit, advise and befriend the child.
