Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

A 10-year contract (with break clauses) to deliver grounds maintenance and gardening services to all areas of Advance Housing's operation under 8 geographically defined Lots. The contract will run for an initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend by one-year periods up to five times, i.e. up to a maximum contract term of 10 years per Lot. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 66 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 50 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 38 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 12 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Worcestershire. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 41 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout Greater London, Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex, Surrey and Bedfordshire. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 25 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout Hampshire and Dorset. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 15 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Wiltshire and Somerset. Grounds maintenance and gardening services to c. 16 sites managed by Advance Housing throughout Cornwall.
