Tender description
The Service shall be divided into 2 Lots: Lot 1: Social Care Core IT System for Adults and Children Services Lot 2: Social Care Web Portal The system will provide Case management for Childrens and Adults services and web platform and self assessment calculators. Contract/Quality monitoring – Functions (provider payments, client billing, financial assessments) will also be provided to support the delivery of Council services.
