Description

Local Jersey Based Companies Only Andium Homes wishes to enter into a 5 year Service Level Agreement (with options to extend) with suitable contractors (Service Providers) for the provision of landscape maintenance works to a selection of residential and commercial sites. These sites will be grouped in to three contracts available split into Medium, Large and Specialist packages. Andium Homes is keen to maintain a high standard and quality of grounds maintenance services to communal spaces. The Works described in this Service Level Agreements are to be executed by the Service Providers in a manner that enhances the Clients reputation for the maintenance of its communal areas. The Service Providers must carry out the Works adopting the best horticultural practice; the creation and maintenance of visually pleasing horticultural features and the maintenance of rigorous standards of discipline, cleanliness and tidiness.
