We are seeking a suitable consultant or organisation capable of producing a comprehensive masterplan and marketing strategy for the offshore energy focused South Denes in Great Yarmouth. The masterplan is to assess all of the South Denes zones together in an holistic manner and to see how they interrelate with one another and with the existing infrastructure, to better understand site availability and opportunities, and what the infrastructure constraints are in relation to long term growth.
