Description

M&Y Maintenance and Construction, a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd, wish to establish a DPS for provision of materials for the delivery of the services provided by M&Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction. The DPS has been sub-divided into 15 categories. Suppliers can apply for one or more categories. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of 10 years. Works will be required, predominantly, for individual or communal residential sites, but may also include individual, communal, commercial/industrial sites, sites of historical nature, or new building sites. All applicants who meet the standard selection criteria will be admitted to the DPS. There will be no minimum or maximum number of applicants qualifying per category. All contracts awarded via the DPS will be via a competitive tender procedure with qualified DPS suppliers.
