Description

United Utilities intend to procure a Professional Services Framework (PSF) to support Business Areas across the organisation in obtaining external professional and consultancy services quickly and cost effectively. The purpose of this activity is to procure an all-encompassing Professional Services and Consultancy Services Provider arrangement, that can be utilised across all Business Areas within United Utilities. In all lots, Professional Service Providers will be expected to work as part of a United Utilities team / to lead a United Utilities team / to provide external support in line with project requirements.
