BHCC - ITT - Grounds & Park Re-instatement (After Events)

Description

This tender is seeking a contractor to carry out reinstatement works to city parks after use for medium and large-scale events. Working under the outdoor events department the successful candidate will have to work closely with the City Parks department to ensure appropriate and timely works are carried out to minimise disruption and damage while ensuring works are carried out to maximise the health of grass areas, planted beds and trees. This contract is for a single lead contractor to attend pre-event inspection and post event reporting on ground conditions and to carry out all agreed reinstatement activities as soon as possible to ensure availability of parks and ground conditions remain as high as possible.
