36% QoQ revenue growth for public sector digital agency, Big Blue Door

Since partnering with Stotles, Priority Digital Health (PDH) has experienced growth across a variety of metrics:
PDH specialises in digital transformation, specifically creating population health solutions for local governments which enable preventative care. PDH develops the technology to support the large-scale delivery of programmes for stop-smoking, diabetes prevention and weight management in the name of sustainable healthcare provision.
Their solutions, such as the AmaraHealth™ App, empower users to self-manage disease prevention, reduce the burden on healthcare services and optimise efficiencies. By encouraging early intervention and self-management in healthcare, these solutions create cost savings across healthcare provision.
After success in local government in South London, Essex, and East Riding, PDH wanted to expand its market share across the UK local government market.
PDH’s business development team was proactively looking to improve the way they found opportunities in the public sector. The existing process meant that the team had to gather data across the multiple government portals which was inefficient and it was challenging for PDH to identify opportunities, qualify them, and build a significant pipeline which aligned with their vision of expanding their hold in the public sector.
“We knew there were better ways of working that were easier, less time consuming and give us greater viewing of the data and reporting we were looking for.” - Josh Meadows, Head of Commercial & Partnerships at Priority Digital Health.
PDH decided to use Stotles so they could see the most relevant upcoming and live opportunities for their business:
Working with Stotles, PDH’s business development team became more accurate and agile in their pub-sec approach, adding more qualified opportunities to their sales pipeline across multiple opportunity streams.
“Using Stotles data, we're able to gain a full picture of the buyers we need to know about and how best to approach them. We’re now able to research timelines, suppliers and buyers so we can map the market in a more accurate way and uncover the different places where opportunity lies.” - Josh Meadows, Head of Commercial & Partnerships at Priority Digital Health.
Before April 2023, PDH did not have the pipeline to support their ambitions of growth and expansion in the public-sector.
Since using Stotles and being able to pursue the three routes of opportunity for their business, PDH has identified more than £233m in opportunities, contributing to a 361% increase in pipeline growth.
