Tender description
The Council therefore wishes to understand the capabilities, innovations available in the market. Feedback from soft market testing will help shape the specification, procurement route, and long-term approach to renewing and modernising the borough’s litter bin infrastructure. The Council is interested in hearing from suppliers who provide a wide range of litter management solutions, including standard litter bins, smart compacting and non-compacting options, as well as retrofit technologies and software related to litter management.
