Tender description
The Authority is holding a discovery session for all contractors that may be interested in the Extra Care Housing development opportunities at Cardale Park, Harrogate or Eshton Road, Gargrave. Interested parties are invited to join a presentation and Q&A session on MS Teams on Monday 2nd March 2026 2-3pm. A previous Preliminary Market Engagement Notice has been published ref: 2025/S 000-056965 and ocds-h6vhtk-059b56.
