Tender description
Chatham Court: Removing the current, combustible insulation, and replacing this system with a new, fixed system using A1, s1- d0 materials. Cavity Barriers are also due to be fitted, along all compartment walls/floors, where the insulation is not fitted directly to the sheathing board, and to all penetrations. Removal of the timber decking to the balconies and replacing with a none combustiable material.
