Tender description
The contract makes provision for five beds over the winter period for individuals experiencing or at immediate risk of rough sleeping during the winter period. The service provides safe overnight accommodation alongside welfare support, access to basic facilities and referral pathways into longer-term housing and support services. The provision forms part of the Council's winter rough sleeping response and creates additional capacity during periods of heightened demand, particularly where other emergency accommodation options are unavailable or unsuitable.
