Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) (the 'Contracting Authority') have awarded a contract to Constellia Public Limited to appoint TRL Limited through the NEPRO Innovation Framework. This appointment is for the provision of expert Connected Automated Mobility (CAM) guidance and specialist support to CAM projects as part of the Digital Transport programme.
