Temporary Accommodation & Homelessness Supported Housing Framework Soft Market Engagement

Tender description

Rochdale Borough Council is seeking to establish a Temporary Accommodation & Homelessness Supported Housing Framework to support the delivery of homelessness prevention and temporary accommodation services across the Borough. The proposed framework is expected to comprise multiple lots covering Bed & Breakfast and Nightly Paid Accommodation, Dispersed Accommodation for Families, and Supported Pathway Housing Services. The framework will support the Council's statutory homelessness duties by providing suitable temporary and supported accommodation for homeless households and those at risk of homelessness. Prior to commencing any procurement process, the Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to obtain feedback from providers on the proposed framework structure, service specifications, commercial arrangements and delivery models. Feedback received will inform the final procurement strategy and tender documentation. The Council anticipates commencing a procurement process following completion of the market engagement exercise.
