Tender description
September 2025, BCC appointed consultants Systra to assist with the preparation of an Outline Business Case for a Workplace Parking Levy project. The current contract ends at the end of August 2026. Following recent changes to the OBC process by the Department for Transport, further work is required by the consultant to fully complete the Outline Business Case by the end of spring 2027.
