The Guinness Partnership (including where relevant on behalf of its subsidiaries) sought submissions for a Lift Consultant to deliver Lift Consultancy services for all Passenger and Domestic lift assets in its portfolio, including but not limited to: - Portfolio Maintenance Management - Condition Surveys and Audits - Additional Ad Hoc Services - Attendance at Relevant Meetings - Optional Design, Tender Support & Project Management, and CDM responsibility for Lift Refurbishment, Modernisation or Replacement Projects for TGP's Planned Investment team. ## Contract award
