East Devon District Council has awarded a Measured Term Contract to Bell Group Limited for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment and internal adaptation works across the Council's housing stock. The contract was awarded following a competitive mini-competition under the South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Whole House Refurbishment Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), reference 52746, conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The initial contract period is 11 January 2027 to 10 January 2029, with provision for three optional 12-month extensions, potentially extending the contract to 10 January 2032. The estimated maximum five-year expenditure is £9,050,000, including optional extension periods. Actual expenditure will depend on works instructed under the measured term arrangements and is not guaranteed.
