To support approximately 40 Edge of Care families, equating to an average cost of £1,950 per family. This cost includes access to Safe Families UK's volunteer-led support model and, where required, Therapeutic Parenting Coaching for up to 20% of referred families. The service represents a cost-effective preventative intervention, utilising trained volunteers to provide practical, emotional and relational support to families experiencing challenges that may otherwise escalate and increase the risk of children entering care.
