Tender description
The London Borough of Haringey is committed to ensuring that all residents, particularly those who access care and support, are empowered to shape the services they use and influence decisions that affect their lives. This commitment is embedded in the Haringey Deal, which promotes co-production, shared power, and collaborative problem-solving. The Provider is required to deliver engagement and partnership services that support the effective functioning of the Joint Partnership Board (JPB) and its associated Reference Groups, ensuring meaningful involvement of residents and stakeholders in Adult Social Care and Health. The JPB brings together people who access care and support services, carers, community representatives, the Council, and Health partners to work in partnership. It provides a space where everyone can share ideas, raise concerns, and help shape decisions about Adult Social Care in Haringey. The Reference Groups focus on the lived experience of carers, residents with autism, with physical disabilities, with complex needs, those who are older and living with dementia. Together, these groups help improve services, promote inclusion, and ensure that lived experience is at the heart of planning and decision-making. The Service Provider will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the Joint Partnership Board and Reference Groups and promoting inclusive engagement across all communities, with a particular focus on amplifying underrepresented voices and ensuring fair and balanced representation. Following a competitive procurement process, contract was awarded for the delivery of Engagement and Partnership Services to The Bridge Renewal Trust. ## Contract award
